An accomplished real estate executive with over 13 years of experience, Matthew has been an integral part of some of the most prestigious residential properties in South Florida and New York City. His diverse skill set, experience, and real estate acumen enable him to work nimbly across the development planning, marketing, and sales process to implement strategies that create real value for pre-eminent developers and iconic hospitality brands.
Starting his career leading accounts for major hospitality clients at creative agencies, Matthew developed deep insights into target markets and customers, resulting in campaigns that maximized conversions and cemented brand loyalty. His experience working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders allowed him to bring complex projects to successful completion while building long-lasting relationships along the way. Additionally, he leveraged data analysis techniques to monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for even better results. He has been a storyteller with proven results.
For almost a decade, he’s led project development, marketing, and sales strategy for new residential developments, representing more than $4B in total asset value for Property Markets Group. Most recently, he directly supervised one of the largest real estate deals in the country, Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami, the first super-tall tower in the state of Florida.
